Today for homework in PLTW I had to draw some concept sketches of school materials and common household items. I sketched a fork, an iPhone, a boring computer mouse, a lamp, a pen, a flash drive, a monitor, and an automoblox car. I did a time lapse of the drawing of the mouse.
The hardest to draw was the fork because the ends of the fork looked awkward because I didn't know how to draw them. Our teacher taught us to use no tools and only pencil so it was hard to get good straight line. He also told us to shade with pencil. Concept sketching is a very cool idea. A mass produced object probably was originally drawn in pencil in a concept sketch.
