Today I finally printed my image plate, and it looks really nice! I had to make some changes to the engraving pattern to lower the risk of the acrylic catching on fire, but it still looks great:
I've placed the plate inside of Phillip's base for now, because he already cut his out so it was a good way to stand it up. I like his design; most people went for squares and rectangles like myself, but Phillip chose to do a hexagon! Anyway, the image plate printed perfectly, so next time I'll print the base.
